The client needed custom silicone molds for chocolate and gummy products, starting with simple multi-cavity layouts and later expanding into more detailed, character-based designs.
The molds had to be compatible with 3D printing and suitable for silicone casting, while maintaining enough wall thickness and spacing for reliable results.
I designed and iteratively refined mold layouts, cavity geometry, and wall structures to balance visual detail with manufacturability.
Based on feedback from test prints and production needs, I adjusted cavity spacing, wall heights, and overall proportions to improve silicone flow, curing, and demolding.
A collection of print-ready STL mold designs, ranging from simple geometric cavities to detailed novelty shapes.
All designs followed a consistent production logic while remaining flexible enough to accommodate different shapes, sizes, and design changes.
Final STL files delivered and approved for prototyping and silicone casting.
Designs were prepared for real-world printing and repeated production use.
Production status:
These molds were used to produce commercial products that were sold to end customers.Designs were manufactured, cast in silicone, and used in real production environments.
